An experienced Business Analyst with a thorough understanding of Customer Service, Service Design and Service Transition is required for a permanent role client who are a global service provider based in the Gatwick / Crawley area in Surrey.
The suitable Business Analyst for this role will ideally come from an Engineering or Financial Services / Payments background. The Business Analyst will be responsible for support the Service Solutions Manager and the Global Business Analytics in leading Service Design and Solution Responses combined with accurately capturing requirements and providing insights taken from service data, and have a strong understanding of ITIL Methodology.
